i have an old dell, that i upgraded with a x1650 pro, 2gigs of ram, and a 2.8ghz celeron. one of the programs i need, requires that i install sp1 for the 3.5 .net framework. that computer is not connected to the internet. when i out the sp on a usb drive and tried to install it, i just got a dowloader for the install (swear), not the actual program. what can i do?
