This guy has gone through and made up a complete video series on the A+ Networking+ Security+ and Microsoft 70-680 exams. His videos are very in depth and cover basically everything you will need to know for these exams. There broken down into smaller videos to help as well. I found them very useful in filling in gaps and as a quick refresher before the test.

This is the book that I have personal experience with and as with most of Michael Meyers books they cover everything in the exam and are very easy to read. (they dont read like a tech manual lol)
I'd also give a +1 to Prof Messer
Even after getting the Security+ through other studying it is nice to go back and pick up some refresh or additional information. He does a good job presenting concepts and real examples.
Just a FYI to people who plan on taking the 2009 version. It will be available til August, when they go and switch to the new 2012 version, which is also in effect. The N10-005 is the new version with the N10-004 being the old. Material is being updated so just a heads up you know which exam you are going for.
