Network Issue

Well this really doesnt take that long to do but it is kinda frustrating.

So each time my computer starts up my internet does not work. So the easiest solution i have found is to go into, command prompt and release, and renew my ip.

So i am using my onboard nic, Vista 64, and a 2wire 2701-HG-D.

Is there any way to fix this?

Check to see if you accidently turned the DHCP and DNS services to manual.

Services.

Right click My Computer on your desktop and select Manage.

From here, navigate the Computer Management console to the Services and Applications and then Services. Once there sort by name and search for DNS and DHCP services. Check their current state as well their startup condition (ie: Automatic, Manual, Disabled)
