you see under monitor where it says enabled, primary, unsafe? what does unsafe mean? it works fine for me in gaming 24/7, etc. specs for full rig in sig.

What program are you using?

Apologies but I'm a tad uncertain as to what it means myself.

piriform's speccy download. its alright mate, i am not worried about it anyway, everything is working perfect so i am just going to ignore it for now lol

If your laptop screen is overclocked, that might be detecting the higher refresh rate... hence the "unsafe" tag...
