I hate to say but I'd recommend returning that 9500gt. For that price, you can get something twice as good.

Any 64-bit Vista should do fine. I've only had experience with Vista Home Premium though.

If you do get the E5200, I'd suggest a good cooler. The Xigmatek S183 should suit your needs perfectly.

GPU definitely. Budget-wise 4830/4850 is probably your best bet.
The Xig I link is the Dark Knight edition that comes with the mounting bracket. Also, you don't have to wait for a rebate.

A cheap 9600GT is only $60. The Dark Knight is $40.

The 9500GT is NOT a gaming card. Even for something as mild as WoW, you won't be able to turn on shadows or multi-sampling.
If you just ordered it, try canceling. If that doesn't work you can do the dishonest thing and get a refund for a "defective" product.
