New Build Problem hooking up front USB

296 1
Im putting together an ultra cheap budget build. I went with the Asus P5KPCL-CM for a mobo and some generic case that came with a PSU for only 40cdn. The problem is that I cant figure out how to hook up the front USB ports. Normally you get the case wires with one 8 pin female that says USB in big on it. What I got instead were 8 little ones (2 clusters of 4) which say the following on them.

Cluster 1
1+D
VCC1
1GND
1-D

Cluster 2
2+D
VCC2
2GND
2-D

On the mobo there is no indication where to plug this in . I just see 8 lone pins with USB written below. I dont want to plug them in randomly as I not sure what the result will be.

All help much appreciated

Thanks
