new build with corsair 520hx

Hello, I am currently trying to get as many opinions as possible about corsair 520hx being able to power my new system. I've read couple topics about it, and talked to people who have similar or even better system running on that psu. What is your opinion ? I would also like your opinion about RAM, which one should i go with ?

I am not planning on overclocking anything. I also have 5 fans but i guess they dont use that much power. I don't know if this has any affect on voltage usage but i will be playing on 1280x1024 resolution. Maybe since i wont be stressing video card with high resolution it will use less power ?
