I am looking to upgrade my current AMD Rig for future gaming events.

I want the FX 8150 from overclockers.co.uk. The problem is Idk what Mobo to get. I want 16GB of RAM so I'm never short so it will need to support 16GB of memory.

Can anyone suggest a good mobo? I want it for gaming so multiple PCI slots is a must really. I will add a Gfx card later (use my current one just now).

Thanks

Sabertooth 990FX is about the same as the Crosshair V, but the ROG boards usually get all the good stuff, the Thunderbolt is pretty good aswell.

I'd go with the CHV.

BF3 gets 30fps on my laptop with 6gb of ram but that's only due to my 240m which has 1/2gb of v-ram so i would say 8gb should be fine.

Ok. I suppose 8 GB would be more than enough. Especially when paired with a 6950 - 70 or the likes.

Unfortunately I wont have cash for a few weeks, but overclockers uk usually has good RAM dirt cheap too. Thanks though!
