New GPU or overclock?

I've just started getting more heavily into higher end games, and just gotten up the nerve to overclock my system. My current GPU is an ATI Rx700 Pro PCI-E128. My Aquamark3 score is around 56000 (currently overclocked a bit). What I would like to know is whether I should continue to attemp to further overclock the GPU or just buy a new one.
Other system specs:
CPU: Pentium 4 w/HT 3.2GHz @ 3.45GHz (my ram sux too much for more)
PSU: 450W
RAM: 2GB PC3200
OS: Windows XP Pro SP2
