New guy, new rig!

Whats up,
I am new to this site, O/Cing and building computers in general.
I've learned alot in a short amount of time.

Here are my stats:

Antec 900
P5Q PRO
Q6600 (G0)
AC Freezer 7 Pro
OCZ HPC Reaper Ram 4GB
EVGA 9800GX2
Corsair 620W
HP DVD/LS
LG Blu-Ray writer
Seagate 500GB 7200.11
Seagate 320GB 7200.10

I have my Q6600 running at 3.2ghz right now with the following settings:
Bus: 356
Multi: 9
VCore: 1.35
PCI: 100
Everything else is auto..

I've basically come here to learn how to make sure my O/C is safe and to optimize it. And ofcourse learn how to make a bigger, better overclock!

My Temps Are:
C1: 36
C2: 33
C3: 28
C4: 28
GPU1: 65
GPU2: 64

Thats a nice starting OC, but you should be able to push it to at least 3.4

also, when posting temperatures, tell us your temperatures under load, as the idle temperatures dont tell us much.

Ok, so how should I put my cpu under load to get these temps?

Prime95 or Orthos.
