Buy things as they become necessary. It doesn't really sound to me like you are in desperate need of a power supply at the moment so I would hold out if I were you. By the looks of your system you do a bit of gaming and would benefit nicely from a good pair of headphones and a mic.
New Headphones
Just got $100 and am looking into getting some HD555's and a Zalman clip on amazon, I need a new PSU though, so I'm not sure if I should get a decent pair of headphones, or a new PSU, not dying just need room to expand.

If you think of looking at other headphones, I would recommend the ATH-A700's. Very nice 'phones.
