New Mobo Ideas?

Thinking of getting a new motherboard and I dont want to spend 300 dollars on it so EVGA is really out of the question even though I'd prefer it.

I want to go i7 and prefer to have 3 PCI express 2.0 x16 slots (while running SLI)

I saw this board but have never used MSI before. Anyone here have any imput on it?
MSI Mobo

I think I'm going to go with an i7 860. What is an average OC on these chips? Should I be able to push 4.0 easy? (No WC)

Guru3D loved the board

And even though MSI has a bad Customer Service in my opinion, I could recommend them for best value board.
