Heres the scenario, new mother board, old hard drive with partion c ( main and office files ) and f ( mp3s ). can i save all of my office files to partion F and reformat drive c? since its a new mobo i wanna wipe out all the msi stuff on partion c. would that work? i cant burn the files on a cd cuz i have to register windows again but i dont wanna register it til i wipe out all the msi crap out of partion c..

yep, you can drag everything you want from C over to F, once your ready to install windows just format C to NTFS or FAT32 w.e you want, and once your in windows you'll still see you partition drive F with everytihng that you put onto it

Yup yup opty is the best proc specially when i got it when it was still cheap hehehe, well with my old msi mobo the max i got with this opty was 2.97g stable and could boot up with 3.1ghz but not stable. problem was msi sli/plat mobo doesnt support higer vcore voltage was maxing out at 1.55v
