Hi guys my current board isn't upto the mark though the max FSB I could hit was 450, I can't add more RAM to this!!

GA-EP45C-UD3R accepts both DDR2 & DDR3 memory. However, it will only work with one type at a time and it has "only" 2 slots for DDR3 (4 for DDR2).
If you want to go ahead with DDR3, the GA-EP45T-UD3P is one of the best available choices.
However, I would personally stay with DDR2 for the moment (because of the price and the low timings available in DDR2). In this case, I would go for the GA-EP45-UD3P
