Are we talking a mobo for the computer shown in your system specs? If so, its an LGA775 socket. I'd go to Newegg.com (or a place like it) and look at LGA775 socket mobos (look for the ones with good reviews ). Personally, I've had good luck with this ASUS P5B - Deluxe (which i *think* should work with your Celeron D).
You did say that you bought a pre-built rig... who did you buy from? If it was from Dell (or any other pre-built company I suppose) you might run into issues when you try to fit an after market mobo into the stock case.. just a warning.

ASUS P5WD2-Premium for $60 http://www.overclock.net/sale/123737...mega-sale.html, could easily overclock that 3.20ghz Celly to 4.80ghz easy.

You could buy an MO and buy the motherboard from sladesurfer.

BTW, I used to have a Celeron D 336 which I overclocked to 4.21ghz easy with a P5WD2-Premium board, here look: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=99474
You have a Celeron Cedar Mill, so most likely you'll achive a (200x24) 4.80ghz easy and since that Cedar Mill CPUs overclock a lot higher than Prescotts, I'm sure you could get over 5.0ghz.

Buy the board, you will not be disappointed.
