if i get the corsair 750tx , can i overclock higher for encrease in stability or is just the same thing

You will not be able to increase your overclock with a new power supply.

I would recommend an Antec TruePower New 750W over the Corsair TX 750, also.

What is your current power supply?

Edit: I don't know how good or bad that PSU is, but getting the TX750W probably won't make any bit of difference except for one thing: you will have a much, much, much better PSU (I think?)... maybe. I don't know. lol

You can increase the general stability of your rig and increase the lifetime of your components with a better power supply, yes.

I'd get a new PSU right away, to be honest. I wouldn't want your current PSU to crap out on you and take lots of hardware with it.

You'll probably be more stable with your oc's,and I believe that either of the psu's suggested would be better than the one you have currently.I personally love the corsair & it's a bit cheaper than the Antec.
