I am looking at getting a
Sunbeam PSU-COM680-BK-US 680W ATX12V Modular Active PFC Power Supply - OEM .

Is that enough power to run
AMD Athlon II X4 620 Propus 2.6GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
ASUS M4A77TD Pro AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard
4gb ddr3 ram
geforce 260 gtx

Not good with picking out what psu's to use.

It should be alright, but Sunbeam isn't a great brand. More wattage than you need, but quality is meh. A decent 550W should be more than enough. Corsair, SeaSonic, and PC Power & Cooling are my picks.

I would recommend power supplies from the following companies:
Corsair
PC Power & Cooling
Antec
OCZ
Enermax
Seasonic
Thermaltake

Corsair TX650 should do the trick and then some...
