I think we need new section for these kind of issues. Every now and then thread pop out in different forums about buyer not sending item, broken, not working, bought from him, etc.

Didnt use search button, but will go do it after this.

I think the reason we don't have one of these sections is, the moderators and admins cannot do anything about any trading flukes that happen on this site. Even if we have one of those sections, what use would it lead to?

Let people know not to deal with that person until dispute is resolved.
Whats kinda ironic is that Mods can do anything about flukes, and yet people including me suggest that they should be notified about it and try to resolve it.

We have our own little section where we keep the details of complaints and any mod can offer input.

Yup, if you have a problem with a sale, just contact on of the mods. If it is found to be legit, the user will be banned. Not much more that they can do.
