The nvidia 7600 GT is the best bang for buck nvidia graphics card. Get the DFI 939 expert board so you can keep your ram. And i suggest the AMD X2 4400+ processor. Good luck with your new PC!

Good and cheep with the old vid card..
ASRock Dual Vista which supports both AGP and SLIx16 for future vid card upgradability and good OCability.
If you inted to move up in the vid card to PCIe, the Biostar TForce 939 has a good onboard vid. Or the same basic but AM2 TForce 939 but the AM2 requires DDR2 RAM.
So if you go 939 which allows you to use your current RAM.
Biostar TForce 939 with OB video (not the GForce version) (Good OCability) About $70
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138264
