I'm not planning to push the limits of OC, looking at around 4.5ish.

Not initially planning on running dual GPU, but want the provision to add another a bit further down the track.

I hear this board is pretty good. Should get you to 4.5 with no problems. It has support for PCIe 3.0 and you can run 2 cards at x8/x8.
