That kit will be more than enough to cool your CPU. Actually it's a bit overkill just for the CPU. I have the RS240 rad and it keeps my CPU at 60C and under @1.3V (4GHz @ load.) So if you wanted to scale down to the RX240 I think you'd be just fine. I had to use the RS240 because of space restraints.
Blah I'm sorry I didn't actually answer your question from the OP. I would buy different tubing than what comes with that kit as I hear it's not very good. I would also buy a silver kill coil and use straight distilled water instead of the coolant that comes with that kit. It ends up being cheaper (1gal distilled water is ~$.89 USD) than having to replace that coolant every time.
