So I got my new System all setup, began performing leak test, at residual pressure. Noticed a leak immediately at the location where I screwed the radiator to the case.

When I go tthe new radiator, i thought it was strange that it had no screws, and standard case fan screws appeared to long. I asked the guy at the local shop before i tightened them down and he was like, " should be fine".

RIGHT..... So now I have to buy a new radiator cause I fubared the 3x120 i have. My question is, ***? Do all radiators have theis issue? Do the good ones come with shorter mounting screws. My radiator btw is a :

Black Ice GT Stealth 360 GTS360-F1PB 1 57.95 Choose your fittings = No Fittings
XFlow

email me for pics of my fubared radiator if your not familiar with the design

get 1/2 fittings for your rad and just look around your toolbox for small screws which will fit, my rad only came with the huge screws also, but thats for Shrouds, im sure you can find smaller screws

My Feser rad came with the appropriate screws needed to mount the rad and fans. So do the XSPC RADs they are good to. I have a XSPC RS360 for my fiances rig build in progress, they have all the screw needed as well.

I will be on Friday, but it is on me as far as screwing those darn things in. I knew right away it wasnt right, then asked the local guy and he was like yea screw em in......

oh well. THe guy I bought them from was sidewinder PC, and actually he sent the wrong radiator but it worked out better so i kept it. It was same brand and quality, but now the crossflow, which allows you to have intake and exhaust on opposite ends.

That really sucks. That local guy who steered you wrong, at least you know not to ask him about anything again. You should consider using the XSPC radiator mounting brackets. Those come with screws and rubber washers. Is a nice set up actually, very flexible and inexpensive. I've had better luck using that than with the radbox.
