Do you guyz usually install your games in the same partition as Windows or in a other HD back-up???

The installation of games is usually based on the owners preference, usualy if you have two drives you install the OS on the slower one, and the games on the faster one for better load times.

I have one HDD.

It's is divided to 2 logical drives:
One is for os and programs(~10Gb), other 4 games and music/videos(~29Gb)
