Hey guys,
Very new to oc'ing a pc and seeing as this is my first built pc im gonna need pretty much a handheld oc'ing guide. My system is listed below and i know its capable of way more. Can some one here please drop some suggestions for me....

well i started playing with stteings last night and my boot up menu had an overclock option for 7% its running at 2.4 now stable..... still glitchy trying to run games and i've got my graphics card maxed ... I read the stickies and dont know where to find half these settings
