The short answer is no. My board came with bios P06 and ACC would cause it to lockup. I had to reset the bios after this to restore operation. I installed bios P07 and ACC works now, but the forth core is still unavailable. Also ACC causes lockups when over clocking at high overclocks. Other then this the board is nice and stable. It has many features and was a bargin.
