That thing has 24 more watts than a HX620. (Just checked Corsair's site.)

What's the difference between this and that?

They are discontinuing the 620 and replacing it with the 650. The HX650 is suppose to be a little better and more efficient.

well people say single rail is more stable power, idk im not a PSU genius i just know this deal came around at the perfect time!

From what I've read, the HX650 is just a "tweaked" HX620. The HX620 has been tested at 750w and works well there
The 620 only has 2 6 pin PCI-e, the 650 has 4 - 6+2 pin.
