Newegg & customer choice awards NO i5 LOVE!

I saw the i7 860 got an customer choice award. We all know they're selling way more of the i5 then they are of the i7 860. Wonder why?

The Egg needs to award the i5! I'm sure they will in time. I'm surprised they haven't yet. Just my .02 cents!

Out of all intel processors the i7 920 deserves to win...

I'm talking about the 1156 series. Not the 1366 series. Besides the 920 is like a 5 time award winner and has been out for over 2 years or so.

The 920 hasnt been out for 2 years lol. iirc

and even if it is 156 the i7 would be the best choice not i5 sorry just my opinion

But what I don't understand is, if you're going i7 - why the hell would you go down the LGA1156 route? Seems like settling for less.

cheaper parts with the same performance? 1156 mobo+ram cost alot cheaper than 1366 mobo+ram. plus the 1156 series have build in north bridge.
