Unfortunately there was never a place to enter the promo code either on the paypal window or the NewEgg window so I got ripped--twice.

There is, in your newegg cart. Just enter it there, and pay with paypal.

No he meant the $20 rebate if you use paypal

Besides from the $20 "paypalfree" you'll get $20 back from paypal if you spent over $100 or something. I got mine back a few days ago
