Contact Noctua customer service. They will send you some without hesitation.
NH-U12P Spacers
I just recently purchased the Noctua NH-U12P from a friend at Intel LANFest. He won a new H50 cooler so he sold me this cooler for 15 dollars. Moving it from his case to mine we some how lost one of the white spacers and I can't find a website that sells those spacers. I could just call them but I'm hoping to avoid that. If anyone knows how to get them please let me know.

Have your friend contact Noctua and send his original invoice. They want that. He can send you the spacers when he gets them.
