Nikon D60 in 9+ condition, all original pieces included.

Besides the boring cables and eyepiece caps, the important stuff that it comes with is as follows:

18-55mm VR AF-S lens
Ultralast EN-EL9 battery
Off brand EN-EL9 battery NIB
Cleaning kit
Nikon creative school DVD things

Here are a few images of the camera body.

What's it worth?

im a serious amateur photographer with alot of photo gear. It's worth no more than $250 -$300. Depends on what you're comfortable with paying.

Dang moots, even when you're selling a camera, you still manage to take wonderful shots. I would gander at $375 +/- shipping would be fair to an OCN person you liked, but more wouldn't be out of the question and stil lbe a fair sale. Nice to see you throwing in the cap to protect the mirror

He's selling, not buying. Also, here should speak wonders. No one cares what an individual would pay for it...he's asking for FMV.

Here is another on eBay going for $450, and likely to tack on another $50+ once it gets down to the auctions end.

You really think it's worth <$300? It's the D60 kit with lens and other gear, not just the body. The kit alone still retails for $550, though that's higher than it should be since the D5000 is out.

I got rid of my F5 ages ago, and I regret it
. All this dinosaur talk made me remember the fun times I had, raging over an exposure that wasn't correct when I was 100% positive it should have been.

Dealing with that now with my F100.

Thanks everyone who posted their thoughts. I think I'm going to head into my camera shoppe tomorrow and see if I can do a trade+cash deal on a 17-55mm f/2.8 or 16-85mm.

How about the 24-70 f/2.8
, I cringe at the sight* of DX next to $1,000 lenses now

makes me wonder what gskills is using themselves for saying all that...

d60 is an older model but still a really good camera. sensor life is about 100k actuations. if it wasnt used much, it would go for a pretty good price.. i would seriously say, probably 350 - 400 for the kit.
