No connection on wireless

Hi folks,

Im at uni and they dont allow wireless connections in halls of residents. We are allowed switches though to share our connection with other computers in our rooms. I broke my router so im using a spare netgear router (wireless with the nice flashing blue leds on top).

Disabled DHCP and this allows me to connect to the uni network going through the router. I enabled wireless on there and the computer gets an IP (of the same format as it should be. (10.3.x.x) but the wireless has no internet connection. Must be some way of getting around that problem!

Scott

EDIT: Here are the settings. The top dosent work, the bottom does. The only difference i can see is the MAC (Obviously) and the description.. Could the network somehow tell its a wireless device via this?
