Case = Casecom Shiny White Mid Tower Case with Front 120mm Blue LED Fan
Mobo = Gigabyte GA-X58-G1-GUERILLA X58

Windows isn't recognising any audio devices plugged into the cases front audio port.

I've checked the BIOS and there doesn't seem to be any settings for front audio output.

Any help is really appreciated.

I had this once don't know if it is the same problem, but go into the Realtek HD audio control manager and check your settings, I had my front audio set as surround speakers so no sound was present.

Other then that disconnect the audio cable from the mother board boot up, shut down, then connected it back on and boot up again.

If still not working

try changing it to the other adapter, HD audio or 97AC

No sorry, could it be your speakers or headphones? I can only suggest a process of elimination.

If it happens with any speakers and headphones then it must be computer based.

If so try checking where the audio cable runs inside your case, you maybe getting some sort of electrical interference.
