Hey guys, I just set up a new Core i7 system, but I get nothing on the display.

Specs:

i7 920
Gigabyte UD5
6GB Kingston 1333mhz
Thermaltake Toughpower
ATI 4870 1GB

I have tested it with a friends memory and 8800 Ultra with the same results. The board also displays a post code of 69 which remains until the system is powered down. Any ideas? Thanks.

Double check your connections. Did you here a "click" when you put in the graphics card in the slot closes to the cpu.
The monitor should be hooked up to the left dvi on the graphics card

did you try resetting you cmos. take out the battery. wait 5 min then put the batter back in

It actually matters which DVI port the monitor is plugged into? I didn't know that.

Hm, Googling suggests you put all of your RAM in the white slots due to some troubles with triple channel.
