I cant decide the Noctua NH-D14 or the H70 water?

depending on how much space there is in your case but I like the how compact my H50 is. The H70 would be my choice if I were you.

If space is no problem, or for pure performance, go with the D14.

If you like the clean look of the H70, or don't like having 1kg strapped to your Mobo, go for the H70.

Correct me if im wrong the d-14 the silver arrow and h-70 all perform really close? with the d-14 and the silver arrow -slightly cooler!

MikeVall, I think you are spot on with your assumption. I chose the H50 because for the extra couple of degrees I sacrifice I get a clean looking case and don't have a 1kg cooler hanging off my M/B

Whats wrong with your Frio, the NH didnt beat it by that much in the reviews. I'de stick with what you have and not spend another $90 for only 3-8 degrees C less if even that much, thats a little ridiculous dont you think?

Oh and if you dont mind the noise, use those mean suckers off your frio if you do get either one. lol that would at least make temps lower than using some 65cfm fans. 101cfm with 4.22mm H2O static pressure could be helpful.

The NH-D14 performs spectacularly, not to mention it's cheaper than an H70, and from what I hear, much quieter as well with stock fans.

Personally like my H50 and would go with the H70, but I got my H50 for cheap and had my own fans. Oh and I don't like having a brick hanging from my motherboard.
