just making a small thread to see what other people temps are with the Noctua NH-U12P CPU Cooler i have NH-U12PSe2 here are my temps.
33 room temp
35 idle
55 full load small ffts prim95 1 and a half hours of testing

OP, how the heck do you keep your room at 91F?


25C - Ambient
27C - Idle (0.875v)
38C - Load (1.375v)

Are you saying your highest core temp running Linpack is only 16C over ambient temperature using air cooling?

My math is correct. I said "over ambient" not 'over idle"
40 - 24 = 16.

hey i started this thread i just want to know are my temps ok i use easy tune 6 because i dont know how to overclock and when ever i try to use there higher presets my computer crashes and well my temps are 55 Small FFTS Prime95 over 1 hour of testing i just seem to think my temps are high cause it only a small overclock. Intel Q9400 2.66Ghz OC 3.2Ghz BTW i live in australia and it is freaking hot where i live LoL
Max temp running Prime95 blend with my own NH-U12P was 58. This was running an i7 920 over-clocked to 170x21 @ 1.1v.
