I installed this thermal grease to my cpu and now my intel i5 is running a 19 degrees idle

I haven't really tried other compounds besides ones that come with coolers but this stuff is great

Usually the stuff that comes with all coolers these days do a good job. Almost all do a bit better than AS5. I do think NT-H1 is an underrated paste, but probably not the top tier stuff like ChillFactor III or even the real serious stuff like IC Diamond 7 or Shin Etsu.

Test yourself at load to see how well it does though.

In this 80-way TIM test, the Noctua was 0.9c off the leaders: 38.45c vs 37.55c. Purty good. And it's an easy TIM to work with, IMO.

How can I do that? lol.

Run Intel Burn Test on max for a few runs or Prime95 Small FFT for at least 15minutes and report what temps come out with Hardware Monitor or RealTemp/CoreTemp.

It didn't record any results but I never saw it get past 48 at 100% usage
