hey guys , first the main question " how may i obtain my 2 ddr4 ram in dual channel at 3466 frequency " ?
I ask you to be kind with someone that NEVER (basically) tried to overclock is pc!
This is actually not even a real overclock but
i've 2 DDR4 (at begin i bought the first 16gb but when i decided to buy second bank it was never available )
first 16gb ddr 4 is

Ram DIMM DDR4 16GB Kingston Hyper X Fury 3466-16 Black [HX434C16FB3/16]

the latest one i bought is:

Kingston FURY Beast RGB 16GB 3600MHz DDR4 CL18 KF436C18BBA/16

now they do run in DUAL CHANNEL (which is already good for me )
but i had to downgrade it to at 3333 or i'd have stability issue !
What i'd love to do is keep at least the nominal 3466 frequency of my oldest ram !!!
my MOBO is Asrock x570 steel legend bios v 3.80
my cpu is Amd Ryzen 7 3700x (matisse)
i post here some screenshot of CPU_Z and my bios
the only thing i did so far was to change DRAM voltage to 1,4 ( to keep it stable at 3333)
i read something, i don't know where to change it , about SOC voltage
so any good advice would be very helpful !

Try setting manual primaries of 16-18-18-36 and raise DRAM voltage to 1.45V.

so i updated the voltage as you suggested ( stupid question but.. 1,45V is enough safe right ? )
and about the primary timings they were already SET as you mentioned, i didn't have to edit those !
i post pictures below.. now is there a way to do a stress test of the ram to know if is stable?
last time i just opened all kind of programs for like one hour LOL!

1.45V will be fine for those kits.

Try TM5 with anta777 Extreme1 config. Search for it.

unfortunatelly it was too early..
i did not get BLUE screen by window by all apps started to misbehave !
it started with Chrome not loading any page ( like there was no internet ) than slowly all the other programs!
System didn't HALT and neither blue screen but it was not stable !
ideas?

Try raising VDIMM by +0.01V increments to see if there any increase in stability.

Run TM5 with 1usmus config to diagnose issues easier.

so now DRAM voltage is set to 1.455V.
i start to get pages with " AW SNAP ...something went wrong " ..
mmm (they are random though.. if i reload it doesn't happen )

it had several errors and finally it crashed i hope these are the files you need:
P.S. crash.txt was crash.log i renamed it or it could not be uploaded here

Error 0 implies not enough VDIMM, try raising a little more
Error 6 tends to be IMC related, so probably VSoC not being the right value. Test somewhere between 1.10v-1.18V.
Error 12 just means timed out; it's likely caused by the other stuff

Yeah, that's probably the one. I don't use ASRock so I can't be 100% sure, but that looks about right to me.

so i need to change CPU VDDCR_SOC ?
last night i made multiple test with the other value changed and i ended up having errors / blue screen while testing / crash !
the actual config at 3333 did pass all the TM5 with 1usmus config so at least that is " safe "
but sure if i can have the 3466 why not !
