NooB to OC: AMD Sempron 3100+

Ok, I need mjor help, I cannot find data on my mobo to OC, my bios has no options to cahnge fsb or memory settings and i am at a loss of what to do, from what i read this 3100 can be clocked from 1.8 to2.5 easily. What do i do? PLEASE HELP

Did you build the PC yourself, or did you buy it from a manufacturor? Also, did you buy your mobo from ASUS, or from somewhere else?

I don't know if U are talking to me,but I guess U are .What happened was my Computer would not boot,so took it in,seemed the Brd was bad.So the TECH replaced it with GAGABYTE K8 TRITON [GA-K8VM800M] & SEMPRON 3100+
All this was in previous posts
