Nothing is posting on first intel build

I was working on my first intel build, its based on a Asrock 945-DVI and an E6400. I dunno, whats going on, but nothing is posting on my monitor, no beep, nothing. Could it be my PSU? (its a Antec 550W Neo)

P.S. I havnt built Intel since i was like 14, so i dunno what im doing.

its prolly the board, try one stick of ram and resetting the bios

Do the fans spin up?

And maybe you forgot to plug something in, such as the 4-pin CPU power? Just a random suggestion.

I've only got one stick in there. But resetting the BIOS could work. I'll have a try now.
