I installed a NV5 fan for my 6800GT around 1-2months ago. I bought it from someone from ebay. I had this problem around 2-3weeks ago, everytime I shake or kick my desk, which my computer is on, it makes buzzing sound, from the fan.
I believe it does no difference, the temps are still normal, but the sound gets annoying and I had to push the fan a little for it to stop making that noise.

It's your ball bearings in the fan. Put some WD40 around the bearing or just jet a new fan.
