Now I have to buy 2 Phase change units...ugh.

Wierd design, seems like they need a bigger board. Cramming all that stuff onto one board is quite a load.

Imagine that for enthusiasts. You have to have two cascade units, 2 copper slugs, two CPU blocks, two of everything!

That just sucks.

AMD Athlon 64 X2s are true dual cores....I think you mean a true quad core which won't be out atleast until summer 2007, this is to compete with Kentsfield until then, from what benches are saying, the cost is about the same (2 dual core AMD CPUs + mobo vs Kentsfield and mobo are about equal) but Kentsfield is the better performer and consumes much less power and puts out much less heat.

Congrats, you just found a 4 Socket AMD Opty board. And yes, it's double the size of the 4x4 board. But, doesn't have SLi support, or nearly as many USB ports, or SATA ports.

Not that much for sure, its more like a hardcore enthusiast/workstation in one. Lots of potential horsepower, but also if AMD doesnt switch out the processors for something more energy efficient then it will continue on having a ridiculous TDP lol.
