Nvidia 9500m gs on 32 bit system overclock issue

I am using an Acer 6920 32 bit system and play WoW, which mets the minimum reqs for playing the game. I am having FR issues and trying to adjust. I made adjustments to the game interface (lowered all the settings) and istalled Ntune to try and OC per some user setting of Core 650 / Shader 1300 / Memory 900. I save these settings and run game with these settings and my dispaly went all haywire.
Does anyone know / play WoW with the same type of laptop and what did you do to increase FR?
