And its 1 card, its not like the GX2, and it supports DX10.

They are going to be such a dissapointment imo, they do offer greater performance over current generation on "paper". But how will they work in Vista? My guess is they will be slowed down by Vista to such a degree that any enhancements over current generation won't be noticable.

Vista is a system hog and nothing will be efficiently smooth for a long time.

You get about 10-15% less FPS in vista, than you do with XP.

Thats a bit to much for me, sticking with XP for awhile.

Yeah, that's a huge percentage! Like 15 percent FPS loss just from an OS change.

Vista is a hog? that stinks, and yeah im not to thrilled about switching over to vista from the get go, I mean xp was supposed to be great and how long did it take to find the major security holes?

so when do you think we'll see this GPU implemented into a dual card?

You will need to buy a G80 or RD600 in order to support DX10. Your current card will not support DX10, only <DX9. However, you will be able to run vista just fine, as the features it offer only require DX9. However, any games that come that utilize the new API DX10 will require one of the aformentioned cards.

Yes, and games that require DX10 won't make an appearance until late 2007 even then they'll be remarkably rare.
