Hi, I recently got the NZXT Kraken x60 and whenever I attempt to open the program that controls the fans and the pump I get this message: Could not connect to device! Please make sure that the device is connected and try again."

As you can see the system is running really hot too.
I could really use some help right now, I'm kind of stuck. I'll post some screen shots and pictures of the X60 itself if that can help. Also, I'm about to move my system to an SSD and I don't want this to happen again. I read the readme file that came with the program and it said to intercept the windows detection of the USB connected X60. I didn't know that until it was too late and now I'm stuck. How do I prevent windows from automatically detecting the device in the future?
