I think it's time to overclock my system..please help me iam very noob...i want it at 3.8-4...if someone has the same mobo and cpu give me the same settings!or just help me!!thank you...

my system is in my signature!!!

You can't really have the same settings as one other, every chip is different

What I would do is focus on increasing the bus clock (in steps of 5-10Mhz) up to 286-300Mhz while lowering all other multipliers to keep them at or below stock. Then raise the CPU, CPU-NB, and RAM multipliers (not all at the same time - and leave the HT link at 2000Mhz +/- 100Mhz) to the intended speed, stability testing along the way and raising voltage when needed.

Being an ECS motherboard which usually means crummy BIOS options, don't expect to go too far

take a look in my bios..i want to buy an am3+ mobo,this is why i bought this one!!
some options like nb voltage isn't in volt but in millivolt!!!i am very noob in oc!!i made a try but my pc won't turn on!!!
