Apparently this thing is selling out of control. The only ones I can find for sale are on [ame="http://www.amazon.com/OBi110-Service-Bridge-Telephone-Adapter/dp/B0045RMEPI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1296842013&sr=8-1"]Amazon[/ame] or eBay for a bit more by someone trying to make a quick buck off this products success, that's what I assume anyways. According to Ward Mundy over at Nerd Vittles he says it's about the size of a pack of cigarettes.

We had over 50,000 visitors from SlickDeals.net last night so the OBi appears to be temporarily sold out nationwide. We'll post a comment when someone gets the units back in stock. Shouldn't be very long. Amazon had more in the middle of the night, but they're all gone now as well.
Incredible PBX

You can set all of this up yourself if you don't have any extra money to spend on the OBi like me, but it requires a spare PC or a VM.

Tutorial on how to do it on Nerd Vittles.

I set mine up in a VirtualBox VM, there are a few different ways of doing it on his site just browse under the Telephony Section, but basically they are all the same process just different way of installing and running it.

Brief Description of the OS and software that it uses.

The Incredible PBX Inventory. For those that have never heard of The Incredible PBX, here's a feature list of components you get in addition to the base install of PBX in a Flash with CentOS 5.5, Asterisk 1.8, FreePBX 2.8, and Apache, SendMail, MySQL, PHP, phpMyAdmin, IPtables Linux firewall, Fail2Ban, and WebMin. Cepstral TTS, Hamachi VPN, and Mondo Backups are just one command away and may be installed using some of the PBX in a Flash-provided scripts.
Don't let this deter you from trying to set it up, it's a pretty scripted process that they have refined. If there is a high enough demand for it I might create a video tutorial of the entire setup process with commentary using Flash Media Live Encoder, or possibly stream the process of setting it up over Justin.tv.
