Kingston Samsung D-die 17nm 8Gbit, 1.35V, 2 x 16GB , ROG B-550-F Gaming

I'm stable with these settings, TM5 and memtest86 pass OK.
Higher clock 4000 is unstable regardless of loose timings, seems like 3800 is upper stable limit.
Should i tighten some more timings?
Any other tips ?

This is my samsung D-die. It's perfectly stable with 1,512 vol. U can refer to me, it has 58ns latency on aida64.

I got mixed messages about GDM and Cmd2T , some are saying that GMD on and CMD2T = 1T is better than the opposite. For me, it's more stable with GDM on and 1T
Is there real benefit with GDM off and 2T?

Doesn't really matter., u can use 1T + GDM on. I need 2T to hold PHY 26 because I have 4 sticks.
I see that u already have tPHYrdl 26 so no need to use 2T, 2T will also help stabilize OC more in case u can't stabilize ur OC.

You can go a tighter on some values. But the most important thing is having the FCLK at the highest clock possible because the main bottleneck of Ryzen is there, reducing the transfer speed between the SoC and CCD.
In Ryzen 5000 almost every clock goes in hand. FCLK is sync with MCLK (IMC Clock) and UCLK (Memory Clock) for that reason memory O.C has a significant performance increase in this architecture

So i managed to pass TM5 anta777 on 4000 so memory is fine on this frequency,
However, I started getting CPU faults and WHEA faults, and the PBO CO was offset by the increase in MCLK/FCLK.
I can get the system stable on DDR4000 regardless of memory timings, increased voltages and tried loosing PBO CO but that did not help either.
Seems I cannot get a stable system above 3800 even if TM5 anta777 and memtest86 pass OK on all memory tests on 4000.
Will stick to 3800 and try to tune each timing there.

IMO FCLK issue, not MEMCLK. At 3600/1800 TBH you've gained what your gonna get. Outside of a RAM bench you'll not gain anything much IMO. Just nice to max it out :).

I once bought 3x R9 3900X, only 1 did 3800/1900. Recently had 3x R7 5800X3D, again only 1 did 3800/1900. Also had 1x R5 3600 (non X) that did 3800/1900, 1x 3700X didn't, 1x R9 5900X did 3800/1900.

So from my experience 3800/1900 is pretty good sample, anything above is super special.

My 5800X3D batch BR 2224 PGS will do quite few benches 3866/1933 WHEA free, RealBench can also last sometime, anything like Y-Cruncher is insta WHEA. 3933/1966 some benches will WHEA, not tried anything else or higher with it.

My R9 5900X starts throwing WHEA at OS/idle at 3866/1933.

Wow, great, thanks, appreciate your input.
I build this one for my son and I'm just playing with optimization, no real need to push it further.
Have now acknowledged 3800/1900 as upper FCLK limit and have gone back to the CPU for more optimization.
Iäm optimizing PBO CO to get the max boost of +200mhz in single core use.
Can run all cores on 4450 and single core up to 4650 , still have to go thru core cycler and find the exact CO value.

GPU (6800 XT) is next on the list once i tune the CPU, memory seems to be stable on 3800 18,19,19,36 which is fine for now :)

For my son, it really does not matter as he is not seeing any difference in Valorant and Overwatch which he plays mainly :)
