so I cant push my FSB past 232 with this board

also my windows crashes sometimes when I overclock it
something bout a \\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM32\\CONFIG\\SYSTEM beinf corrupted or deleted

I readin another thread that it was my vCore but I dont know how to change that yet with this ooard
