I downloaded OC.net's version of CPU-Z last night and it registers the wrong cpu. I reduced my overclock and still same thing. OC.net's ver. is 1.26, the newest ver. is 1.31 or something. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yep. It's an old revision, so it doesn't recognise the newer cores like your 640.

I think admin made a post about another CPU-z being put into the works though
