Hello all, just finished my AMD rig and was wondering what kind of OC to expect with air cooling..

ASUS M2N SLI Deluse 570 chipset
Antec TP2 550 PSU
Thermaltake matrix 3000 (fans - 120mm front and 120mm back)
AMD AM2 4200+ (upped FSB ratio 2.1Ghz -> 2.22GHz)
eVGA 7950GT GPU (560/1450 stock)
500Gb SATA Seagate HDD
Dell 20.1 2005 FPW monitor (1680 x 1050)
2GB Corsair 6400 4-4-4-12 DDR2 800 mem

Readings using Asus PC probe and Rivatuner (idle):
CPU core - 1.36 - 1.38V
CPU - 34-37 C
Mobo - 36-38 C
GPU - 45-48C
HDD - 32-35C
3D Mk6 score - 5169

Do these look normal/optimal? How much juice should I expect out of this config without volt modding or water cooling?

thanks in advance

Looking good! I speculate 2.8MHz out of the 4200+. Don't jump up that high at first, start by working up the CPU OC at default voltage first. Watch your full load temps and keep the ceiling @ 50c.
The AM2, like most 939 don't seem to need a lot of voltage, usually below the mid 1.5v range does great on air cooling.

OH! A HI and WELCOME to you too
